The reason the planets are a Mandela Effect comes from 5 main reasons:

1) A planet was remember to exist or been found to exist that is close to the sun before Mercury.
2) Dawrf planets such as Juno, Pallas and Vesta was not heard of prior to 2019 and are found as planets on some maps. Some that do remember these, remember them as planets with no history of that being changed.
3) People Remember more than 9 palnets, or their has been more planets that have been found besides the Darf planets today.
4) Earth and Mars is in a debate which is the 3rd and which is the 4th with in some timelines and memory.
5) We have moved to a different location in space which may of changed, added, deleted, or edit the order of planets.
